It's fucking brilliant for multiplayer, I know that's not what people want to hear as they love to shit on it but it's the best cod multiplayer in ages.

Yeah that’s all I need to hear really . Shame the single player isn’t great as I enjoyed the 2019 one but even mw2 SP I got bored with .

I had 1 game of zombies which was pretty good. The MP is great though. MW2 maps were always my favourite.

Haven't touched zombies yet as I'm trying to do the S6 battlepass before the new one comes out. Fuck knows why I've taken this on but there we have it.

I was playing with Lara Croft before. There was an actual Lara Croft operator with the voice and everything.
I’m not actually sure if there are any ‘new’ maps to be honest. But they are all properly made, it’s not just up-rezzed.
And these maps are just so much more visually arresting than the stuff we’ve been getting.
The one with the trench through the middle may be the best ever I think. Also love the one with the crashed C130 in the middle of the valley and the hidden concrete path around the back. It is brilliant fun. I have to give it that. And too bloody addictive.
Yeah for all my bugbears I can’t say the multiplayer is disappointing me. It’s great.

Only just got round to giving this a go.
Fuck me it looks dreadful.
It does have the old Terminal map though.
But still. My guys jacket sleeve seems to be made up of triangles and I swear the airstrike effect was a flame bitmap that briefly popped up on screen.

I tried some Zombies last night. It was actually rather good, but just like DMZ you are going to have a better experience with a team with comms and you’d best have some decent time available. It was perhaps missing a bit of the zaniness of the old Zombies maps. Because like everything else in the game it’s Warzone.
It’s a good job vanilla MP is so good.

Zombies is quite hard solo, I may actually have to leave team fill on for a change which is a disgusting idea haha.
Think I'm like level 48 now but so much stuff is behind armoury upgrades it will take me ages to unlock it all.

Max level done, all assault rifles and battle rifles (that I have access to) levelled.
Tried doing the lmgs and they are arse so I will do them in zombies.

It was basically that level of COD 4 where you escort the tank. Absolute sweat fest, as an attacker I was just constantly insta-spawn killed by people in zany skins sat in balconies. |

I applied your XP token suggestion yesterday thanks and it’s helping. SMGs - the second MW3 one (like a micro Uzi) is an absolute hose in close quarters. Very much a phone booth gun but decent in a room or corridor or on whatever that tiny map with the tower is. A bit situational I guess, but could be good for a last ditch swap if you’ve unlocked the two primaries thing. A small complaint I have at the mo is the create a class UI is horrible and it’s too slow to make any meaningful changes in between matches. |

I’ve seen Lara Croft but can’t find her in menus. Skeletor. Yes really. Alucard. Some other anime or Overwatch stuff. Ash from Evil Dead. I’m sure I was being killed by Rambo in War mode, but couldn’t get close enough to check. |

Gun Game is back. Such a tense mode! Played about five, won one and just missed another. Generally middling on the table but have a great time regardless. Recommended.

Just finished levelling all of the weapons up.
Highlights are the first marksman rifle, inhibitor sniper, bas-b battle rifle and the mcw AR.
To be avoided, the tyr magnum, sidewinder,grenade launcher and mcw marksman.
Now to decide how many camos I can be bothered to do.
