Starts in a totally different place to the demo so no carry over.
Edit: doesn't take long to get to demo though!

It is, Ubisoft connect let's you play 3 days early. Figure I can rinse this and as much avatar as I can stomach in a month and get both for 15 quid.

Demo wasn't overly combat based really. Its Rayman origins came through strongest in the demo, which is what sold it for me - a platformer designed around agility and fun. |

Just done the first boss fight and it was pretty epic.
Yeah it's the same team that made it I think. Glad to know Ubisoft still have the odd cracking game in them.

Quite a way into this now and the abilities you get change up the gameplay really well. It's a lovely looking and sounding game too (bar the voice acting which I might switch).

I don’t have an ability needed to complete a main objective, which is odd, so I’m scouring the map for something I’ve missed. |

Yeah, the combat tutorials in the Haven are well worth doing, especially the ones that teach you how to get them in the air. Easy way to earn currency too.

I felt this game had DMC inspiration for its combat and then you get to Vahram and he's literally Persian Vergil. This game is so tight. |
