Told you in the last forum that Joshua can't box for shit. No urgency, no head movement, no jab. Best performance was against an aged Kiltchko. Dogshit.

His constant straight arm jab efforts were bizarre - how tall does he think Uzyk is?

The much better boxer won comfortably, thankfully the judges agreed! Every chance Usyk will do it again in the rematch.. then AJ is done.

It'll surely be his approach in the rematch. He tried it this way and got schooled.

It's not his style that's the problem, or at least that's not the thing that can be quickly fixed (his inferior skill and craft). After losing the first 3 rounds, he came back in rounds 4,5 and 6. I don't know whether he was tired, or whether Usyk had hurt him early, but he didn't go after it. Ideally he would have imposed himself on Usyk early, but failing that even when he had success he didn't move up a gear, content to coast along while Usyk did move up a gear. Same thing in Ruiz 1, he started doing this weird grinning to himself thing and looked completely out of ideas like he genuinely didn't know what he was supposed to do. Useless boxer, no ring craft, no IQ, basic footwork, pansy jab, no head movement. Dogshit. Maybe he's on anti depressants or spends too much time reading Eurogamer.

Maybe you should train him. I imagine that fight to the death with a bread bin lid taught you a thing or two.

Maybe you should train him. I imagine that fight to the death with a bread bin lid taught you a thing or two. Maybe I should. We're about the same size. I throw a decent jab and I can fight off the back foot something he doesn't do, as well as stand and bang with a left hook and straight right. Joshua could do worse than hang at my gym for a bit. There's someone else that needs to get the shit beat out of first though isn't there Decks.

I never had you down as a 6ft 6 lean body builder type muttler. I always imagine you as a fat moron.

He got shredded after cutting out carbs. He stopped eating bread because it was always stale.

Haven't seen someone threaten to beat someone else up over the internet for ages.

Careful, muttler can fight off the back foot. Something AJ can only dream of.

Just watched the highlights. He didn't look quick enough. It's gutting though, the first time you see AJ you see the script he's destined to follow because he looks perfect and it's falling away.

Watched the Joshua vs Usyk fight this morning now it’s free on SKY
I thought the judge that had it as Usyk by 2 rounds was about right, Usyk won 4 rounds clearly (especially dominant in r7 and 12) and Joshua won 2. The rest you could split
Not sure if was the editing but Joshua appeared quite disrespectful to his opponent, didn’t congratulate him or even acknowledge him on the bell, weird

From memory, he was utterly fucked. The stream I watched was going on about how by sitting straight down, he showed the judges how badly he'd been beaten etc.

He only got proper beat up in the last round, ended slumped against the ropes but just walked straight to his corner
When they announced the scores he immediately just walked as far away from Usyk as he possibly could. I get that he’s disappointed but he looked pretty disrespectful
Maybe he congratulated the bloke later

I imagine it's a lot to take in getting so soundly outboxed when you've been top of your game for so long.
Can't see how he beats him in the rematch to be honest. Best bet is just to pile the muscle back on and come out swinging and hope to catch him with something.

Yeah, just on normal Sky Sports too. Haven't really been following the build up, don't know much about the guy he's fighting other than he's a big puncher apparently.

Really looking forward to next week's fight.
Fury is a right prick, but he has great ability especially when you see how laboured and awkward he was when he first started. He's put in the work to make himself so much better.
