I'm with you on the nostalgia front, but I could never do the bloody Magic Eye things! Gave myself eye-strain headaches trying to see the pirate ship, or whatever my brother declared was hidden in the image, and I don't think I succeeded once.

Had a few postmasters come through the bankruptcy process in the 2010s and they were utterly broken from the experience. Didn't stop management from insisting we try to extend their bankruptcy period and refer it to BIS (as it was then) for further criminal investigation. |

Were they not aware that big government IT systems are always shit? Were they not aware that big IT projects by Japanese IT suppliers are always shit? |
