A few random bits if anybody is interested before I try eBay/marketplace. Just had a cursory look at eBay and these seem to be very fair prices.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ 128GB graphite - £300 Very lightly used and in original box. Didn't get on with the size of it, so went for a regular S8 instead and this has pretty much been in a drawer for the past half a year.
16GB Corsair vengeance LPX DDR4 red (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16R) - £25
32GB Corsair vengeance LPX DDR4 black (CMK32GX4M2B3000C15) - £50
I also have a Synology DS920+ (no HDD) if there's any interest in that.

Anyone got a cheap copy of last of us 2? Niece has just finished the first and loved it, so looking to pick it up for her…

Tempted Uly. I can get it for £12 from CEX but would rather give you the money. Thing that is holding me back is when I’d actually get around to playing it.
I’ll have a think.

No worries, Wunty - you've got first refusal, and I'm not in a madcap rush or anything. Likewise, I'd rather sell it to a fellow Font Geek than mess around with eBay. My copy is certified pube-free; whether that's good or bad is up for debate. Just let me know whenever

Quick bump for this - anyone interested?
Postage would be £2.40, so £14.40 in all.

One final bump for this, before I resort to eBay (shudder) or Facebook Marketplace (shudder).
Anyone want to KILL CHAOS?

I was going to ask if it's any good but the fact you haven't even unsealed it says it all, really.

Danno 'Twas a late-night eBay impulse purchase, fuelled by the finest Scotch whisky known to mankind, my friend. I came to regret it upon assessing the release schedule for the coming months! In short, its sealed status isn't necessarily a reflection of its quality (or lack thereof). There's a demo, if you fancy it? store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP0082-PPSA06682_00-SOPFFODEMO000000

I'll have a looksie. I've more or less rinsed my (non-steam) backlog so I need to stack a few up.

Yeah, check out the demo and see what you reckon, if you feel so inclined. No pressure, either way! Our very own JuniorFE rather liked the game: fontgeek.io/post/499274

I didn't know! But yeah - as Nick said, turns out it's included with PlayStation Plus Extra... so if you have that, may as well take advantage, I suppose.

Ehh I prefer discs anyway, I'll try the demo tomorrow, confirm the purchase and then guffaw mightily in 5 years time when the price soars to 20 quid

It’s stupid fun. The meme trailers weren’t an exaggeration, the writing is that stupid, but the combat and job/class system are really good.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin for sale on PS5, new and sealed - £12 plus postage. Any takers?
Two weeks on, and this is still available
Never did I think it would be so hard to find someone who yearned to KILL CHAOS; then again, I suppose KILLING CHAOS isn't for everyone. (Besides, those of you who have PlayStation Plus Extra can apparently KILL CHAOS at no extra cost, so I guess there's that as well.)
Danno still has first refusal, but the poor chap's going to have to tear himself away from Dragon's Dogma II before he can check out the Stranger of Paradise demo, and those of us who have played DD2 know how hard it is to put down. Any other potential interest, fellow Font Geeks?

Open it and play it yourself. It’s actually really fun. And didn’t you say you liked the Nioh stage set up (vs open world). Give it a go.

I played through the demo last weekend.
Combat is indeed a lot of fun, but I couldn't make head or tail of the story - whether that's because I've never played a Final Fantasy game before (this is a prequel to FF1, right?), or because what's on offer is arrant nonsense, I can't say.
That wouldn't have been an issue in Team Ninja's prior games, as the narratives always took a backseat to the gameplay; in SoP, however, the story is front and centre. (Even in the demo, there are a lot of cutscenes, while some 'missions' were all narrative and no gameplay.)
I soon found myself holding the 'skip cutscene' button every time anyone started talking - not a bad approach when messing around in a demo, but far from an ideal way to experience a full game.

He is the best / smelliest of the four. 40K Chaos back in the day meant there was fuck all dedicated models so it was all about customising. I loved fucking around with Space Marines / Rhinos / Predators / Dreadnoughts and just covering them in plaguey goodness. Used to sit there with my modelling clay adding big lovely buboes to everything.
Anyway....
