There was something in each of the last five or six months for me. Agreed that they're not necessarily big hitting bangers every time, but good solid GP experiences that I've enjoyed.
Certainly more than enough for the £4 a month or whatever it worked out to for me. At full whack maybe I feel differently.

Don't need AAA games but only played dungeons of... as it was on GP, it was not must play, some decent dungeons. wanted to like Kunitsu-Gami but mentioned before about the demo and general complaint I saw was the padding to level up
Frostpunk 2 is next month, suppose to be easier for new comers to the game.

I'm really not using the Series X and Game Pass as much as I thought I would, I think I might let the sub run out and then renew once there's plenty to catch up.

Huh, the Crash Bandicoot remaster trilogy that just got added to GP runs at 30fps on Series X. No ta. Fucking Activision taking the piss again.

I think it's a technical limitation of how the games are made. Raising the framerate may cause glitches. I know that's the case with Spyro (it affects jumping height). Although you'd never know Spyro is 30fps, it looks so smooth
I played through all 3 and it's fine, you get used to it

The worst offender is Crash’s collision box. It’s a capsule surrounding his body, which means his feet aren’t as flat as they look. If you land too close to the end of a platform you will slide off in such a way that it looks like you’re being pulled off it.
It made the bridge levels in the first game much harder than they already were.
Still enjoyed them all (played on Switch).

Does anyone have issues with the Gamepass quests where you have to do specific searches on Bing to get 10 points per search ? I have no issues getting the 90 points per day for 30 searches (3 points per search) At the moment I can't "complete" the quests for: Search on bing for "favourite movie" Search on bing for "local restaurants" Search on bing for "hotels to stay at for your next adventure" The points don't mean a lot but I hate having these "quests" always on my phone Gamepass quests.
EDIT "quests" lol😉😯

Lol I had no idea you could get points for bing searches wtf?! What next? Take a todger selfie and post it on grinder to all available dates in a half mile radius… 50 points.
She/he/them/they etc may be Game but will likely Pass…

MS points pay for my PC Gamepass subscription every month, even have extensions that can do most of it automatically, no brainer.
Don't doubt the gravy train will derail some day.

Even though MS have totally nurfed the points recently I'm still getting around £5 a month totally free.

Atomic heart and guilty gear strive leaving end of this month
AH could of been good but suffered with a lot of game design issues and at launch it was broken and quite buggy
GGS is fun 2d VS fighter

Apparently they rejigged the game for AF now, it was not good when I played few months back
With the 2nd release of games for August, its been a bad month for GP (played Mafia 1 a while back, thats the only good game in ages)

Atlas Fallen is alright so far. It's early days and button mashing is getting me where I need to be currently, but I can see that changing soon. I'll stick with it at least until Outlaws is released.

I completed it and found it mostly fun if not pretty average, the air combat did piss me off at the end though

Search on Bing for "Open roles at a specific company" I have put multiple suggestions in with no luck, poxy things!

The job one sometimes works with ‘job opportunities’ I think.

I played a couple of hours of Star Trucker last night. Had a great time until I went to a place with too many tight turns and crashed the rig.
It has very similar vibes to Hardspace Shipbreaker, so similar that I was surprised it isn’t by the same developer. Not only that you get into a spacesuit in first person and fly around the outside of a ship, but also the way the narrative is conveyed by voice chatter from a few characters you don’t see.
Not sure I’ll stick with it, the actual trucking part of it is functional, but avoiding objects and dealing with the consequences of crashing was less fun. I’m intrigued to see where the plot goes though, and the skill tree hints at some crazier types of missions.

Being a seasoned Euro Truck Simulator loser... I found it quite tricky to line up the load, and also first person view I felt most of my vision was looking at the bonnet. I wasn't overly impressed.
