ecosse all answered by the time you’re done with RE8 By the way RE7 is pretty easy overall, if you’d got through that fight you’d have found completing it no problem

Funnily enough, I've just picked up on this again after abruptly leaving it after the big lady fight. Put some hours in today, and now I'm just on the way to the stronghold to do the last, or penultimate one.
Thing is, it started out so good in that castle but all the other areas have been no where near as good in comparison. Beneviento was average for me, the reservoir was shite! I'm not really looking forward to some fortress type scenario with that helsingborg bellend!

Has anyone given the new movie a go then? Just seen it's been released for rent on demand already which makes me think that it is, unsurprisingly, terrible. Still, I'm half tempted to rent it off Prime tonight for something to do. I have. It's an absolute turd not worthy of bearing the Resident Evil name. The story makes no sense, the actors are like random gamers they hired to play a role. There are some scenes strongly resembling the game's environment, BIG DEAL. Any RE movie with that Serbian chick is better than this, imho. Avoid. |

I did always find it kind of weird that they didnt start the remakes with the first one. I know they are a slower burn and take a while before you really start shooting stuff but im sure thats not insurmountable.

I think for that game it's remake was fairly recent if we're talking about things such as fidelity. I don't think there's a burning desire for a remake of remake. Although The Last of Us Remake may prove me wrong.

Interesting that they mention it's being worked alongside the CV remake. Be interesting to see that too.

In Resi 8, I just got the sniper rifle and the big woman chases me a lot.
Worth powering up the shotgun/other weapons or best keeping my dosh for later?
I made the pistol more powerful.
Is money spent on ammo wasted?

I think the reason they didn’t remake the REmake is that not only was it remastered recently but that its still a genuinely very good game that even holds up graphically. I played it last year and its honestly still great. Maybe polish up the UI a bit but others, class. |
