Haha that's amazing. It's a lovely goal from Celtic's point of view, but far too simple to be conceding that from kick-off. Kyogo's first touch was sublime, mind; I suspect we won't be holding onto that lad for too long. Beautiful winning goal and such a likeable guy, hope we get another season after this one but clearly if he continues like this there will be some bids coming before long..

I'd honestly prefer an early shut down for the winter break to be honest. Obviously I'm sure that would be a logistical hell, but 500 crowds is effectively closed door and watching football is utter shite that way -- not to mention the weird effects it seems to have on the players themselves.

Got to feel for St Mirren tonight. Game is going ahead and it's rumoured they'll only have 5 of their first team squad available for selection with the remaining numbers being made up from academy players.
Could be an absolute cricket score, though knowing Celtic we'll probably end up dropping points.

Yup - shambles. The game should be postponed. Bring forward the winter break - if the situation has not improved when the break was scheduled to finish, then re-start games with audiences of up to 500. That should be the last resort - not the first resort.

So they've decided to play the Boxing Day card (at reduced crowd capacity) and then bring the break forward. Which means the Celtic Rangers game is now scheduled for 2 February, a Wednesday.
I was pretty sure Police Scotland had basically said (ages ago) that there should really never be any midweek Cel-Ran games again due to policing issues/logistics? No sure if they've signed off on this ...
Also, means Rangers are likely to be without three of their Nigerian lads due to the AFCON, and Celtic will be without Rogic and Kyogo due to international qualifiers. Great. Everybody fucking ragin, then. SPFL masterclass.

lol we genuinely are absolute fucking dug shite without Kyogo/Jota. Basically need to win all three remaining Rangers games now or the league's done.
Don't blame Ange, ofc; squad is absolutely on it's arse. Recruitment in Jan is likely going to be make or break, but if Kyogo isn't available and we drop more points on Boxing Day then it's pretty much done.

Yep, that's what happens when the club is ran by incredibly arrogant yet incompetent arseholes. It's only guaranteed CL league stages, no biggy...

Why was Kyogo not on the bench at least? I know we have to manage his injury but he played 85 mins on the weekend so he is not crocked. Is there not one striker from the B team that can be called up? Playing with no striker is chronic.

Moffat is a forward I guess, though played on the wing, but obviously absolutely red raw having only made his debut the week before and clearly being nowhere near ready for the first team. Don't want to be harsh on the lad, though; it's not his fault he's been shoved in unreasonably early due to our farcically thin squad. My patience is genuinely wearing pretty thin with Mikey Johnston, however. Abada I like but he's been in a poor run of form recently and is in no way an out and out striker.
As for Kyogo, he looked really good on Sunday, but I did notice when he came off he signaled to someone on the bench that he'd felt a tiny twinge on his hammy again (he gave a thumbs up after, so hopefully okay, but I can understand the precaution).
Really worried about the weekend now. Gap is 6 points and we absolutely need to keep it at that before heading into the break and hopefully strengthening. If the recent injury crisis and the dropping of nonsense points, in the very type of games you always point back to at a season's end to say that's where we fucking lost it, isn't enough to convince the board to stump up for a decent transfer window then nothing will be.

Hehe genuinely mental transfer. I guess it could work out for them, especially if he can help them win the league with the CL pot directly available this year. Rumour is they’ve paid c.£2m fee to Juve, who are covering his wages, but that fee broken down over the agreed time amounts to something like 125k a week 😳 Bonkers if true.
He is undeniably a great player on his day, though, so can’t begrudge them being excited. I’d be concerned about the fact he hasn’t played any competitive minutes since October and seems to love a niggly injury or two, but no doubt he’ll end up smashing a screamer passed us on Wednesday, whilst being marked by the geriatric James McCarthy 🤣

Bold of Raith Rovers to wake up and decide to just burn their entire club to the ground today.

Sky can fuck off - all their focus is on the tourist league (which has no derbies) sadly.
I wish the SPFL/SFT would sort something out and get a proper deal for their TV rights. Arguably, the Scottish game is in the best place it's been in years.

McGregor making it is huge. Expecting Arfield to find an opportunity to dink a wee elbow into his face, though lol
Hopefully no refereeing shite tonight.
