Disappointed they didn't do it in three overs.

Heavy rain in Antigua, started delayed. If this game is a washout then Scotland go through and England are out...

Really need a reserve day set aside for these tournament matches.
Possibly even a reserve venue for tournaments held in places where tropical storms are likely.

Fucking stupid that a team can have two games washed out and be penalised and miss out on progressing. Will be really annoyed if it happens.

Inspection in 20 mins. But agree, it is ridiculous.

164 for an England win against SA feels very doable.
edit: or maybe not

England are going to get 36 an over for the rest of the match, let's see if my posting has influence after all!

How on earth does one semi have a reserve day but the other not?

Baffling, isn't it? All designed to maximise Indian tv audiences apparently.

Presumably they’ll lose a significant percentage if it’s a day full of rain…

Not the no-reserve day thing, but the whole competition has been engineered so India, if in a semi, were in Guyana playing at peak time for Indian audiences. Apparently.

It's a serious problem for the sport as a whole I think. One, massive country dominates viewership and money into the sport. That can't be good for competition or fairness.
