This is quite the shock. What the hell is happening lately? Haven't Remedy just signed a deal for TV related stuff re control/alanwake with annapurna?

Wow. That’s crazy. Surely something will quickly be built out of that? That’s a mass exodus.

Wow. That’s crazy. Surely something will quickly be built out of that? That’s a mass exodus. I have a feeling that maybe they found someone who would fund their publishing effort no questions asked, so they tried to go independent, but the owner said no... and now they are resigning so they can form their own company and get that funding deal done. Can't imagine why else they would do it. If so, the question is who the potential investor is, and how long until we hear of it. I guess it's also possible the current owner is such a massive pain in the butt that they really don't want to work for them any longer?

From what I gather this only really affects Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth. All the other games they publish.. I think?

Was really hoping for a Switch port! I guess I’ll have to wait a little longer.

Contrary to my fears (and, if I'm honest, my expectations), Wild Hearts is pretty damn good.
There's something inherently badass about parrying a gigantic, dive-bombing crow with a bladed umbrella.

A Wild Hearts fan! There are dozens of us, dozens!
Figured this was the best place to post about it because judging from this not at all fake trailer, EA is gonna have a bunch of games coming out every month it seems if it can get AI to make a game in 3 mins.
It even has the fake banter talk between friends like you see in those co op shooters. "Make me a maze" and it doesn't make one. Obviously it's for investors and shareholders that don't know any better

Are we still waiting for the announcement of those Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remasters?
I read earlier this month kickstarter raised $1m for a graphic novel based on the series which I thought sounded mad.

Yep, ever since Edge did a piece on it a few months ago, all the stuff they produced for the back story is bonkers.

Fatal Fury is potentially revealing their next character...Christiano Ronaldo?
I say it's a playable character, I very much doubt it tho, unless they really did decide to go all out. Does have a bad air of Saudi bringing sportswashing into the FGC tho.

So I see The Forever Winter ost has been released on Youtube, so I toddle along to find a copy through my usual site, where front and centre on the new releases is the Greedfall 2 ost.
Greedfall 2 ? Where ? How ? When ?
Seems it's just launched on Early Access, a prequel, and after checking a few previews, in their own words a bit ambitious. Might be cooking a while longer, but I enjoyed the first, so one to look out for.

Early access prob the best way to handle it because generally their games are ambitious but quite janky right? If it gets time to listen to feedback, it'll work out all the better.

New Crusader Kings 3 DLC today. Anybody else giving a fuck? I'm looking forward to being an ul-landed wanderer by the name of Bob Squirrel. I have no idea how the new mechanics works, I just have the name

Did we not have a Sea Of Stars thread, or was I imagining it?
Anyway, as well as that DLC they announced a while back, there is also a new update coming on November 12th.

Rogue Waters is a tactical turn based roguelite game about pirates. Seems to have reviewed well from the few that are out there and looks decent.

IGN defend their 10 year old review of Alien: Isolation for some reason
In what world was the game divisive? not sure if they know what the word means (also its not the same reviewer)
Despite the game's length, it was well received game
