Well where did that performance come from. Enjoy utd font geeks! I'm just pleased to see city lose.

The club will disgust me if they get rid of EtH after this. The league has been shocking, the FA Cup win had its elements of luck but he deserves another season to try and get it right. 2 trophies in 2 seasons and another final is fair enough.

He deserved another season regardless of the result today.

Unless he won the league the new guys would want their own man regardless. Shame because they'd have probably sounded out ETH if they were in place a couple of seasons ago as well.

I know it might summon Kal to tell me all his signings are bad but an ETH Utd with the deadwood cut would be a solid competitor for the top 4. Just needs someone at the club brave enough to take whatever the financial hit is to shift all the lazy bastards they’re overpaying on six figure weekly wages.
But with new showrunners and a record breakingly poor league campaign its hard to see him surviving.

His body language definitely seems a bit 'last day at work' to me. But maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Nah, definitely gave off this vibes. And the chat with Luke Shaw seemed like a goodbye as well.

Absolutely buzzing though, that was lovely to watch. Even the heart palpitations that came with it.

Those last 5 minutes or so were pleasantly unpleasant. I've probably celebrated about 10 of our goals ever more than when Hojlund turned into a brick wall and broke away to seal the game for us at the end.

All clubs, especially Man Utd should hammer home to owners and fans just how close Alex Ferguson was to the sack in 1990. They need to stick with him. Utd have had too much turmoil over the last decade. Stability wins titles.

I think it would be only fair to give him one more season, his last of his contract and see. Cant possibly have as many injuries as we did this season. If it's still not working out by Christmas then you can act.

Players need to look at themselves after this one too. Time and again they've shown they can turn up for the odd game and look like this. That attitude really needs to be knocked on the head.

If this is the end, if nothing else he's really shown a lot of class as a person while he's been manager.

Micah absolutely livid inside that we turned up today. Pep too, doesn't think Utd was the better team.

Lineker was dead sh*tty in that Ten Hag interview. And clearly got embarassed. Shame on him. Totally classless. The thing in front of you is a cup win not click bait headlines, and at the end of the day we are talking about somebody’s job. Except in very specific circumstances usually involving politics you should not get excited by somebody being out of a job.
I do think the injuries have obviously played a massive part but tactically and formation wise it was so much better. Really do wonder if ETH has put himself in this situation by being stubborn with his set up.
Anyway, Mrs has won £307 off a £2 and £1 bet. Awesome day.

I think ETH shoulders a lot of the blame for the bad season. I think he made some awful signings, some bad decisions and set us up so badly in many matches. It was horrible watching us most of the season. Of course there were challenges, injuries and players turning their nose up. But he can still do better.
But, I don't see harm in letting him go again for the last year of his contract. Serious work needs done over the summer though.
Pleased for him winning the cup, and super pleased for some of the players like Bruno, Mainoo, Garnacho and Dalot that always gave it everything.

Disrupting Klopps Liverpool farewell and then beating City in the final. Was a special FA cup.

Congrats Red Mancs. Fully deserved and much as I loathe you, it was still preferable to the light blue Mancs winning it. Enjoy it, winning trophies is what it's all about, regardless of league etc

We didn't just beat city we deserved it and like Solid says those players need to take a good look at themselves. It's NOT OK to only show up every now and then. Give your best all the time and fuck knows where the limit for THIS team is.
As for the management, it's their job to root out the lazy fuckers and get in players that give everything all the time.
Extremely happy to with the win. More! MORE!

I did laugh at the 'Man Utd rediscover their identity' Guardian one that popped up immediately after the win. Like clockwork.
Seems like Hojlund had a hell of a night going off the videos I've seen circulating. Delighted for that core of youngsters being able to taste silverware.
