I’d half forgotten how good he is but every song in that show is so perfect and familiar. If I was allowed outside it’d be perfect for a long cold walk alone. Have you heard his solo stuff? Winter Wheat is ace... I haven’t will check out though

Catching up on some recent Dead Can Dance - prompted by a friend who I never knew liked them and is off to see them live later this year.

For some reason Ladytron's 2019 album completely passed me by, so doing a rare thing of listening to a full album.
It's a bit meh. A couple of decent tracks that got playlisted, but likewise there were a few that I just had to skip... New album due imminently apparently.
Need to give Marnie's second album another go next, as I remember being a bit underwhelmed by that at the time too.

Pavement, non-stop, because I managed to snag tickets for their UK Tour in October and they're pretty much my favourite band ever and I never thought I'd get the chance to see them live.
Going back to those gold soundz!

gotta be honest. I'm a little gunshy after Ali said I have the best taste. Now I feel like I can't disappoint. Sorry if I do. [/video]

Like @spookyxelectric I'm guessing, I can't mention them without playing them...

well another 12 more like that and you got yourself an album. Bit harder than some of their recent stuff. Though the chorus does sound rather similar to some of their other songs.

I should probably get back to Muse at some point. I used to enjoy their albums, but haven't listened to any of the newer ones.

Some local stuff. Frankfurt is the home of Goethe and of the Frankfurt School, but who cares. These are the artists that matter.
