I've just been playing with Marisa a bit and yeah she's kinda crazy, breaks through armor, can go from neutral to an instant untechable throw, can do supers through projectiles, good at controlling jump ins and has an ex move and super that can send an opponent straight into the corner. I think I'm in love. |

Hey can I join the club. I used to frequent the old place and had a Cammy in SF5.
Currently figuring out which characters I like with manual controls, I like Manon but you lose her long range poke and some mix ups. Trying out Honda next.. (don't hate me)

I'm a PS4 peasant so didn't have the recent open Beta.
Anyway I'll add my ID to the list once I have some idea of what I am doing. I'm currently roaming about in my noob gimp outfit so priority is to get shot of that, I couldn't work out how to exit the classic arcade game, so it might take a while!

They do stop after you have done that mission. There was one point where I couldn't even get out of a basketball court for about 10 minutes as they kept coming. Pretty sure that's not intentional

Pretty sure that's not intentional Yeah I did that part. It's far worse on the night cycle. I think it's more annoying just with the constant fights and limited moveset. Think I am on chapter 5 now and I'm still getting bombarded here and there. |

With certain characters and a certain skill level they're actually quite competitive. I played a Gold level JP last night on Modern controls that was just oppressive. When you have player fundamentals mixed in with no execution worries and a few auto combos on lock it can be quite a powerful combination. |

Surprised how much I'm liking the World Tour mode. Was a little underwhelmed when I tried the demo, but once you start finding masters and getting different moves it really comes together. Only disappointment is the non-stop fights when you are trying to go about the place. It's worse than Yakuza!
Just met with Lily, who seems pretty good. I also really like Marisa.

It’s definitely a bit samey, fighting against high level characters is a bit boring because they can kill you in three or four hits but they constantly fall for jump ins so you just combo them for three minutes. The variety is nice when it comes to the moves you’re using and the settings though. And you can make the numbers go up!
I like the character guides a lot, they’re not exhaustive or anything but they give you a good place to start and let you check that you’re playing the character the way they’re intended.
