I reckon it's too early and we won't see it until next year, that's purely a guess though.

Those four balls were actually acorns that you planted back in Fab1e. Molyneux would be so proud.

Did anyone know that Glen Schofield was a 1920s mobster? It felt like what Christopher did next after Cleaver. The style of the show remains meh, with a bigger focus on fmv trailers and not much actual gameplay. Would much rather see devs talking through actual gameplay footage, but that just isn't what this show is. I thought there were a few interesting games though. America Arcadia looks really interesting, Witchfire looked like a fun Painkiller type game and that Metal rhythm shooter is a music game that uses music I might enjoy instead of the usual electronic stuff. Nice to see that the ex-Blizzard people are working on something, although the trailer was terrible and the brief screenshots made it look like they are going for something smaller scale rather than base building style that is my preference. Like to see more. I even thought that crafting game, The Nightingale looked quite interesting, which isn't normally my thing. Disappointed in how Midnight Suns looks. I don't know anything about the source material, but the idea of a superhero xcom game is one that I had already come up with before this was announced. No actual gameplay, but the style just looked like it was trying too hard to be PG-13 edgy. I played Last of Us 1 not that long ago, so not interested in going back to it soon. Still should be good to get on PC in a year or so.

If Sony did delay God of War, that would leave only Horizon and Gran Turismo as their only first party exclusives for the year I think. That would be a really quiet year for them. Edit: and the last of us but that doesn't really count
Agreed, and I doubt they'll delay Ragnarok unless they really have to.
I guess it'll come down to whether or not the game will be ready in time... which is obviously preferable to enforcing crunch and/or putting out a sub-par product, when all is said and done.
Still, they're leaving it a bit late to announce a release date for their only remaining first-party game of the year, aren't they? I mean, we're almost a third of the way through June - correct me if I'm wrong, but don't AAA games usually have fairly lengthy lead times between the announcement of a release date and the arrival of said date?
It's by no means impossible, of course, but the September-November period is already starting to fill up.

Schim looks ace. The day of the devs stream is way better than the main one. Except that all the games are only for devices I don’t use. The Day of the Dev presentation was great. Much more in line with my gaming tastes. Quite a few games on my wish list now.

That Plucky Squire looks great. Probably a comparison thrown around too much, but it really did have Pixar vibes to it. Didn't say on it, but hopefully the fact it is on XBox means it is also on PC and on Game Pass.
Edit - don't know about game pass, but double checked and seems to be all platforms. Even Switch, which is impressive. The "real" world stuff looked fantastic, so can only imagine the Switch version will have to be downgraded quite a bit.

Not necessarily. From the trailer it would appear that the game takes place primarily in one room, or at least a fixed location. I think the Switch could do a pretty reasonable job at 30fps.
But then again, it depends on the quality of the port.

I hope E3 comes back at full force. I couldn't give a shit about trailers, I need developer context. I want to see Molyneux waffling shite, Reggie acting 'street' and some stupid new hardware gimmick failing during an over-enthusiastic demo.

This looks like it could be great: More games like this and less boring space horror please. I watched the trailer for this on my phone and somehow missed the last bit. I was really puzzled how everyone was raving about a game that just looked like an animated children's book.
