Fucking hell, what a finish. Nearly threw that away...
Very concerned about the 49'ers next week. They have a 6-0 win streak over the Rams, including that comeback in the last game of the regular season.
Should be a cracking game.

Mixed emotions for me. I like seeing Rodgers and Brady lose but when it’s against our divisional rivals it’s bittersweet (Seattle fan)

Not sorry to see TB lose (the team and QB). Brady's got enough rings, let someone else win one this year.

Shame KC won, but I think that might be the best full playoff weekend I’ve ever seen. All four games were superb.

It works in that it "prevents" you from winning. I really thought the game was over with 13 seconds left. As an Eagles fan, this was a weird game to watch with the 2 head coaches. Sean Mcdermott was our defensive coordinator under Andy Reid.

Work at 5am, thankfully on standby, so watched the Chiefs/Bills replay.
What a game.
Thought the Rams game was over by the half watching the highlights, but again absolutely mental.
I would've been happy to back the Bills as a neutral, think the 49ers might struggle with all the injuries picked up, and don't really care about KC (likely to win, NFL fixed conspiracy says Rams).
Guess I'll cheer the Bengals on.

I'm a Chiefs fan so I'm pretty happy today. Primarily because it was a great game to watch. Also funny to see people calling for a change to OT rules. Give away team the advantage, make it winnable by a FG etc. No doubt if the Chiefs won under those rules, they would ask for another revision too.
Anyway, not being complacent as Bengals seem to have the air of confidence to them. I do like them and Burrow a lot so it will be an interesting game

I doubt that the SuperBowl will be as good as that Chiefs Bills game. An all time classic
I expect KC to destroy the Bengals quite badly

As a Rams fan, watching that second half wore away my fingernails. They seemed determined to throw it away in the most comical fashion possible, and when they started playing clock management at 3 and half mins, I swore it was going to backfire. Glad we scraped through it.
The Chiefs/Bills game was amazing though. I would have liked to see the Bills make it through, but man, what a game.

I picked my team because the first game I watched in 1984 was Seattle at Denver and Seattle won a classic. I liked their cool uniform too
However I didn’t realise that they were actually rubbish at the time so most years I had no one to support in the playoffs

I use to follow the 49'ers quite closely back during the Montana and Rice years. Was it Gary Imlach that did the TV show?
I'd play TV Sport Football on the ST and had the old Ocean American Football game on C64 before that. Guess that was the era of the Bears playing Perry and Co.
Not followed much at all since 2000 but this last few weeks has been entertaining.

Young 80s Starchild decided Dan Marino was even cooler than Spider-man, so a long and completely fruitless love of the Dolphins developed.

They had a few presenters. Imlach was one
There was another guy that did it too, Mick Luckhurst or something, used to be a kicker for the Falcons. He was so wooden it was like a table was presenting
One of the forgotten years they had these guys called the Dangerous Brothers (IIRC), I quite liked them
edit: just looked it up, they were called The Vicious Boys

I picked the Rams two years ago because my brother (who is a long time Texans fan), wanted me and a bunch of friends to join a fantasy league. I thought having a team to support would help me pick up the rules, and they all had teams. I picked the Rams for two reasons. One, I dug their blue and yellow kit. Two, they are a California team, and I have been a fan of the San Jose Sharks since playing NHL96 when I was a kid (I didn't fancy going with the 49ers).
So nowadays I watch all the Sharks games and try to watch as many Rams games as I can, usually on catch up since I can't stay up till 3am. Love Redzone too.

I started to follow the Chiefs because of Mahomes a few years ago but it never felt right. Start of this season I decided I liked the bold playcalling of the Chargers and I'd just commit to being a Chargers fan from this season onwards.
They've since thrown away games, come close then not got over the line and generally bottled games they need to win. As a Spurs fan of almost 40 years this just feels right 😂

I don't understand how we have fans of specific NFL teams here? How did you guys pick your teams? No family ties or anything but it basically come down to wanting to get into NFL and picking a team to follow and the Chiefs was the first game I watched proper. They played well, were exciting to watch even as a newcomer and reading impressions from pundits put them down as a good team to see develop. Just so happened the Chiefs won the SB that year too so plenty of glory hunter accusations thrown at me. Brother recommended to pick a team based in a city that you wanna visit so that if given the opportunity you could see them play in the stadium. But he's a Green Bay fan so not the most exciting place to visit. Neither is Kansas to be fair.

The teams I follow in US sport are generally from the bay area as I used to visit often for work. For some reason though I bucked this trend with NFL and leant towards the Rams (I've visited and stayed in LA too, so it feels reasonable to support them).
I'm not much of a baseball fan, but watched the Giants win the World Series whilst in a bar in SF, and have watched an Oakland A's game live. Basketball, it's all about the Golden State Warriors.
