Had the survey Google thing on for last day and not had anything come through. Is that just the way it goes?
I've checked and location history is on etc.....

Check Google Play and see if there are any points there you can redeem. That's what I did.

I started using another deck and have been getting badly beaten. Partially its the deck, but I think it's mainly that I'm facing all sorts of cards that I've not seen before and it's feeling unfair. In the last game the fellow won by using some Mekon style character that copied my last cards. I've lost tot he Silver Surfer, struggled against Dare Devil, but hammered by Ultron and others.

It's definitely getting a bit hard to keep track of what to counter cards with, or if someone plays one card, knowing which one will probably follow.
Earlier on it was just move, discard, destroy and Dino decks you mainly came across, now it feels like there are hundreds of viable decks.

When you get whupped, before you proceed, you can inspect the board. Presume you already know that, but I usually spend a minute looking at their side and inspecting cards to understand the strategy. You start to see the patterns, and have a good sense of what's likely the pop.
Of course the best way is to have a plan for your own deck and execute the shit out of that. W/L for me is about 70/30 at the moment. But when I lose I lose big and when I win I win small, so it's baby steps up the collection level ladder.

I think I'm 30/70 win loss. I do look at the board, but new cards seem to be appearing so often that it's to get a feel for them. If they place a Wong, then I know there'll be a reveal for example. But apart from obvious things like that, I'm not able to get a feel for synergy.
I'm playing it like a casual game, but I appear to be running into dedicated players. I think I'd like it if there was a game mode where each person's deck was randomised. Even if I lost, I'd be OK with it as each party could have been kneecapped by the draw.

I'm playing it fairly casually also, albeit since November. Clearing down the missions most days, sometimes clearing a second lot. Sometimes skipping a day or two. It does just come with time. Are you playing a deck with a specific mission or a generalist deck? I have a few of both, but the mission one is great because really you're just playing yourself: how do you maximise your draw vs. what's in the lanes and still get an outcome? I have a Jubilee deck that I can still win with, for example, even though I frequently don't draw chuffing Jubilee at all.

Just had a great little ending. Game was tight, but played Wong on 4, Mystique and Scorpion on 5 slashing the opponents hand cards down 4 each. They played Magik making it a turn 7 game do so I played Odin on 6. Very mean but very effective.

I've been on the recieving end of a similar combo with scorpion. Really wish there was a bit more choice of emotes for those times you just want to drop a "WP" before you run for the hills.

There's no shortcut to learning what new cards do and also what your new deck can do if you are used to playing another one. You are going to lose while you are gaining that needed experience. Just retreat if you think you are unsure you can beat the opponent while you are gaining that experience.

I don’t know if this is how everyone interprets it, but I tend to use thumbs up lady for “well played” or “ooh good move” *during* a game, and then fist bump as the equivalent of “good game” at the end. And obviously Spider-Man when you both play the same card on the same location. In fact I get a little sad if the opponent doesn’t also do that.

TIL that Quinjets effect works with the cards your deck is replaced with due to the District X location.

The Rickety Bridge location has been a big help for finishing the (annoying) win a location with one card seasonal mission.
Chuck Colossus in there, buff with Spectrum at the end, maybe helped by Mr Fantastic or Klaw, location and usually the gamè won every time. Plan B, obv use Armor if opponent is using it to buff their destroy cards.

Been fiddling with my Dracula deck, added Hela and Bishop, not even sure Dracula is the MVP in this deck anymore. I think it's better, but it's definitely fun to change it up, Hela and Lockjaw provides some nice variety. Ideal scenario is I can discard a ton of cards, play dracula for Apocalypse and get Hela out on the river to flood the board while also juicing Morbius and Bishop. I have Moon Knight pinned but still a way off, still need Hell Cow and Gambit. Just hit 50, aiming for 60 this time round.
# (1) Blade # (2) Morbius # (2) Swarm # (2) Colleen Wing # (3) Bishop # (3) Lockjaw # (3) Lady Sif # (3) Sword Master # (3) Black Cat # (4) Dracula # (6) Hela # (6) Apocalypse

Once the Battle update comes out (hopefully at the end of the month) we can have some FG matches, play against some real opponents Having watched some of the big Youtubers playing this, even some of the best decks only have about a 50-50 win rate. The real trick is knowing when to snap and when to retreat.

Finally got Leader and he's proving very effective. Main cards in the deck doing the work are: Quinjet with Moon Girl, giving cheap Leader and/or Devil Dino, White Queen bringing some surprises, Cosmo and Armour for causing the other player agro (and protecting Quinjet).
The most effective at the moment with the Rickety Bridge location though is Aero. If wining at the other locations on turn 5, she is soul destroying for the other player. Slap her on the Bridge and she ruins whatever they were planning, killing all the cards they play that turn. Leader on 6 seals it if in any doubt. It can be countered, but I have jumped 5 ranks in an hour, mainly from her.

I bought this Dino bundle for gold, the card look cool and upgraded it to infinity.
Then splurged on my controlsera deck to get all but 3 to infinity. Just armour and Sera left on ultra with Mysterio on legendary. Still have 2k credits left but not enough boosters
It's all so colourful 🪅 and sparkly
Managed to secure patriot and an onslaugh pixel variant from the reserves. Onslaught is a bit toss but finally, patriot!

He had the whole set, played all 6 stones and finished with a buffed Thanos. I'm not massively familiar with him, so I was checking the description on each stone. My opponent didn't really do all that much with him, but I think you could do some interesting stuff with the various card effects.
In fairness I didn't play it very well, my Dracula ended up bigger than his Thanos so it's definitely not unstoppable.

Had a fun set earlier today where by turn 4 two of the locations were empty Sanctum Sanctorums and the third and only playable location was Death’s Domain. I snapped as had Ultron in hand, but the opponent played Leader. Thought all was for nought before I remembered I’d played Patriot before Death Domain’s reveal.

I can't remember who asked it, but my two (!) meaningful decks are themed around an idea, messing around with the other player and relying on multiplying reveals. But they're not built around a particular card.

You probably all know this already but it was news to me, that in the variant shop the 1200 gold cards are exclusive to the shop, and the 700 gold ones can be found in collectors reserves.
