Huh- I never thought of playing Arnim Zola onto a powered up Wolverine until someone just did it to me. You get the 2 normal copies plus an extra one because of Wolverine’s ability. Not as good as Black Panther but maybe a decent alternative if you haven’t had him by turn 5

One a game and only played two cards. I think the first location had us draw from each others' decks and the second said only one card could be played there.
The first card I play was my Sunspot. The second card I played, on the last turn, was Armin Zola (or whatever) that killed the sunspot and his 15 power and put him in the 'one card' location and the last one.

Zola has properly fucked me up when I thought I had the only one card lane locked down. AFAIK that lane doesn't work with white tiger/doom bots/Hela etc, but does for Zola somehow. (I may be very wrong here)

Jokes aside, my ControlSera deck is taking a bit of a battering so I've moved over to a patriot doom deck with a bit of sandman thrown in to piss off the opponent. Saw it on YouTube and it looked fun and it's earning cubes for me at the moment, into the mid 40s

As you know I am still without mystique. Got valkyrie though which was a suprise in the last cache.
Had a tinker with some cards around her and seem to be doing OK. Mainly because I don't think people are really expecting her

Details of the April season pass are out. It's Hit Monkey as the new card, and Cosmo and Goose variants.
Quite nice variants, but not too excited by it.

Pretty sure I never linked my game account on my phone to Google. Linked my Steam account to Google, but never my phone account.

I think your game account has to be linked to Google once somewhere, if you've not linked it ever you'll prob have to contact the Support through the app to ask for it to recovered.

OK I made a valkryie/giganto deck myself. It'd great fun. No one seems to expect the sudden points turn around turn 5 and then a solid +14 on the left lane turn 6.
Doesn't always work out but when it does it always gives me a smile haha.

Annoying as we don't know how much the upcoming mystique bundle will cost and if we can use gold?

I have Mystique and no Ultron, and I feel like my Patriot deck is pretty capable without Ultron. Squirrel Girl, Brood and Mysterio all get two no-ability cards for one card played, and playing Onslaught onto Patriot and Mystique on turn 6 is fun too. I also have Nakia in my deck to power up Brood before it’s played, that seems pretty effective too.
(I have no idea if my deck is actually competitive- I find with games like this, the moment I start looking up the best decks I stop enjoying experimenting to build my own)
Edit- so to answer the actual question I’d say wait for Mystique, but I could be totally wrong stats-wise

Best to wait for the cards you feel sure you're going to use most imo. Esp if they're going to strengthen a deck type that you use a lot and like.
Ultron's fun but I don't think I've used him again after a first few days of Patriot deck experiments.

Big fan of Ultron, but he is in a deck with Patriot, Mystique, Blue Marvel and Onslaught (along with several no power cards, and Storm).
Been thinking of swapping out BM as he is less used and only occasionally comes into play.
Ultron often swings it though, if you have Patroit and Mystique on the board, he gets a lot of points in the final round, and also very useful for anywhere you can't play cards (which Storm increases the chances of).

Don't have Mystique either, had it pinned for a week a while back then stupidly unpinned it due to a brain fart that i can't recall. Sods law it will now be my last Pool 3 card to ever drop.

Hmmmm what a pickle. Might get ultron and just hope mystique pops up. Been waiting ages for her. Can potentially "buy it" when the bundle comes up but I'll only be doing that if I can use gold and not hard cash

He does work best when you can combine Patriot and Mystique. But a 7 turn game, +5 this turn (so you can get Onslaught out early) or Onslaughts Citadel still bring boons. I'm sure there are other cards he works well with, but that deck is my current go to.

Just had by far the lowest scoring game I have seen.
Superflow was middle location, and thanks to them playing a Green Goblin there they were getting +1 each turn and I wasn't.
Opponent had Wong, Onslaught on the right, played Dr Octupus turn 5 on the left. It brought in Ultron but meant I had 4 in each slot, and with Pariot, Blue Marvel and Onslaught, had decent scores on all 3 bases.
Last go they pay Hazmat and Odin on the right.
Ended up with them having -24, 0, -37. Me, I was -38, -55, -58
