Ketchup is utterly vile. Brown Sauce is marginally better but it's still a massive no from me.
That said, I'm on shaky grounds trying to argue that those sauces overpower the actual food given how frequently I'll use various chilli sauces.
My breakfast ranking:
Egg - 10
Bacon - 8
Beans - 7
Toast - 7
Sausage - 6
Hash Brown - 6
Mushrooms - 6
Black Pudding - 5 (apologies. Just find it too rich).
Tomatoes - 5
I can't do a working egg tier, as I think different preparation methods suit different meals. Sandwiches need fried egg, but in a fry up fried and scrambled is interchangeable.
Hollandaise sauce is shit too. Especially with eggs. Why do you need to have a sauce with poached eggs? The yolk creates the perfect runny accompaniment already FFS

The sausages, bacon and eggs are the accompaniment to the sauce. They stand on their own. If you have to have some kind of condiment then a modest amount of mustard is allowed. |

Spinach? SPINACH?! So many questions. Quite common to have wilted baby spinach with your breakfast in NZ. I'm converted, goes well with the eggs, beans and mushrooms and makes the whole thing look and feel 100% healthier. |

Funnily enough I was thinking recently that, Ive been around the world and I, I, I have eaten a lot of crisps and I genuinely dont think you can top a bag of walkers S&V, C&O or RS.
Kettle chips, corn chips, pop chips, prosecco and gammon flavour... fuck them all. Bog standard walkers knock them all into a cocked hat.
