Superman IV is indeed awful. I also remember being taken by my uncle to see Jaws 3D. It was shit even to a 10 year old.

Starcrash. A Star Wars rip off and a stoner’s dream but it doesn’t even fall into the ‘so bad it’s good’ category. Worth watching for:
Caroline Munro, who is forced to wear a prison bikini early on and then never bothers changing (it’s that sort of film) The police pairing of a blue grumpy man and a Good Old Boy robot, who tries to be C3PO for about one sentence then becomes Buford T Justice for the rest of the film. A jedi with a lightsaber fighting the world’s least intimidating stopmotion robots. Cartoon-era Ming the Merciless who runs towards the camera with his cape flowing behind him a lot. Amazons on horseback! Christopher Plummer, who has no idea what is going on. David Hasselhoff!

Also, it's apparently rated at 29% on rotten tomatoes, so it is roughly 3x better than that Millenium shite that scarred me.
This is the more the level of shite i expected to find in here!

Avengers Age of Ultron I’d say unwatchable but I managed to sit through it. Cannot remember a single thing that happened though, just finishing the movie feeling depressed that I’d wasted two hours of my life To you, sir, I say Pfft. Compared to the other mentions here that is weak sauce.

Along with Starchaser, this was one that we used to have on VHS! Utter shite of course but it's been bugging me for so long. Started to think I'd actually imagined it.

Superheroes sitting around chatting in a farm house sounds like a good pitch to me, so I liked Age of Ultron more than most. Not as good as the first Avengers or the Infinity War/Endgame double, but definitely not as bad as some said it was. It's biggest issue was the need to set up future films.

Catwoman was pretty terrible. I gave it a chance on DVD as I like the character and Halle, but oof it was bad. But even it wasn’t as bad as Black Adam.

Avengers Age of Ultron I’d say unwatchable but I managed to sit through it. Cannot remember a single thing that happened though, just finishing the movie feeling depressed that I’d wasted two hours of my life I went to a midnight Imax screening, followed by a mediocre, overpriced meal at Duck and Waffle. That was £150 I bitterly regret losing to this day.

For Superhero films Kick Ass 2 is absolutely shite, especially compared to the first.

Best thing in Supes 4 is when he’s doing his big fanfare walk to speak to the UN and he’s just walking down a random estate in Milton Keynes.

The shit horror film with the ghoul with the red-black face paint. And a basement. Quite modern. So fucking shit. I don't think that the Phantom Menace is considered a horror.

I took a girl on a date to see Sweeney Todd. I did not know it was a musical.
Spoilers - I fucking hate musicals.
Absolutely dire experience, for me.
Also see - Greatest Showman.

Yeah, tbh, I’m really not a fan of musicals either. I can suspend my disbelief for many things, but not for people breaking into song to explain their emotions.

Bullshit. I have good taste, I’m known for it. All the movies I’ve mentioned are well liked generally (except The Predator) Who said Jaws was cheesy? That’s the villain right there Cheese is jawsy Only if it's made from the milk of jawsy cows

User geefe, that is priceless. Genuinely there are no words to express my confusion when Johnny Depp started singing on that boat. "God, Tom Burton's a bit weird lobbing a random song in there"

The robot that Hasselhoff has a lightsaber fight with looks like it was made out of a fucking Meccano set.

There are an awful lot of films on this thread that I have never seen, happily.
Spurred by another thread, but the Hunger Games series is appalling and I'm embarrassed to have seen them.

I haven't seen Twilight, but judging by general opinions, that strikes me as damning with the faintest of praise 😁

Here it is! In full. sat in a cinema full of people. People started walking out after 15 minutes. It becomes an endurance test. My friend and I made it to the end also with two other people. Any blue, fuzzy, wet cat Avatar length has got nothing on this. This film seems to go on for days!!

My son wanted to watch them so I sat through all four with him. Utter fucking garbage. I was really quite shocked as to how bad they were.
Reminds me. Every Harry Potter after the quite fun first one is fucking horrendous as well.

What? Fair enough not liking the series, but the first Potter is by far the weakest.
I also quite like The Hunger Games films. They are an ok story well told, with a decent cast. One of the few occasions when I would say the films are actually better than the books, which are an ok story poorly told.
