It's also kick. Kicking those bloody hunched spellcasters off platforms hasn't got old yet. Yup. Obviously accompanied by a “this is SPARTA” every single time I do it. I’m in some swamp area now after killing a big thing with too many mouths. I explored a bit then thought I’d make life hard for myself by going in a different direction, through the doors from the Agatha vestige. I really shouldn’t be here yet but YOLO.  I stopped when I got the vestige by the fen. It looks like a great area. I bet it's a pita. If I do some work now I may get an hour or two in later.... |

That NPC summon was next to useless. Thankfully my less than incredible skillz got me through. Well, he died quickly for sure, but he carried me as all I really had at that time was fireballs, so he could take the aggro while I lobbed them. |

I found the next two boss fights quite a bit easier, and more fun. Same. In fact add on a third boss fight that was also quite straightforward. Although I have now found one I’m blatantly underlevelled for. But there’s still another way I can go if I want, and there’s still deeper into the fen. Choices…. |

I've read there's an optional boss in the fen. Maybe that's the one you're underlevelled for.

No this guy was in the other direction. Even then though I can go round him in a DIFFERENT direction, which leads to yet another visually gorgeous area. Talking of which, how awesome is the fen when you’re looking down on it.
Got to say this is shaping up to be one of my favourite souls likes. I genuinely have no complaints bar the performance issues that I’m sure will continue to be ironed out (frame rate plummeting every time I’m invaded is an odd one).

Right it's L1+R2 for the combo, if you're using the hammer you need to be in two handed stance.

I thought I’d explore in yet another new direction. Met ANOTHER boss and… oh gosh yes. No. Nope. Some other time perhaps. Back to the Fens I think. Yes. Safer.

Spent some currency on a healing spell. Thankfully I can have 2 equipped so don't have to keep swapping. Picked up a spear and have a couple of other weapons, but nothing tops the hammer yet.
