I set up a club for people t interested in meditation and mindfulness. Hoping it'll be a casual place where people can get games in together and if meditation comes up as a topic, we'll be OK talking about it. But it'll be mainly gaming.
It's called ZeroDistance.
MS can spend $69 billion on Activision, but they don't have a way for me to link directly to an Xbox Club. Look it up and send me an invite if you want to join in.

For people who haven't tried meditating, I'd recommend it. I can be frustrating and boring, but very interesting at the same time. Lots of people like the Headspace app. I tried that for a year or so and then moved on to Waking Up. There's also the Headless Way, which tries to get the same results as deep meditation, but doing little experiments and games at home.
