At least a 6 on the Saville-scale.

To be fair to him, he always drove slowly past school crossings.
Joking aside, I love him and I'm having trouble believing the accusations.

I don't know how anybody could watch leaving neverland and not think he's a full on predator.

I don't know how anybody could watch leaving neverland and not think he's a full on predator. Martin Bashir may have put the kibosh on that.

Personally, i think he just had a connection with kids because his own childhood was ruined by his talent.
That's why he seemed to want to see himself as Peter Pan, naming his home Never Land and i'm pretty sure he had work done on his nose to make himself look like the Disney version of the character.
The Smooth Criminal video is still the coolest thing i've ever seen. And Moonwalker is still a really good game. I've been playing it on my Mega Drive mini as of late, and the way Michael moves is so cool. When he goes up or down stairs it's exactly like in the Smooth Criminal video.

It's just a shame that connection was his penis.

I'd like to think he was just a forever child, naive and never grown up, all hugs and nothing more. I'm probably wrong.

I just really don't think it was like that. Sharing a bed with a child is definitely inappropriate, as is initiating any kind of friendship with them really, but i think his intentions were to try to recreate the childhood he never got to have.
I'm also more inclined to believe Macauley Culkin than some of the parent's who accused him only to settle for large sums of money. But maybe that's unfair.
And this isn't just because i like some of his music. I used to really like A Town Called Hypocrisy by the Lostprophets, but haven't been able to listen to anything by them since Ian Watkins was outed.

It's the same with Jimmy Saville. Young at heart.

Or I believe people who say they've been abused over a weirdo billionaire who lived in a spooky fairground.

Or that.
Edit: Actually, I haven't followed the matter so I know nothing. Though, knowing nothing, there's always the "let's milk the billionaire for all he's worth" thing that's all the rage these days.

Like every important issue in life, there is an excellent episode of South Park all about it.

Yeah I thought he was being manipulated and conned until I saw the interview of the two young men that have accused him. They both seem broken and what they described was awful and text book behaviour for a predator. Grooming etc.

If someone accused you of being a paedo would you pay out over 100 million to silence them or want your innocence proven?

To be honest, if i had gone through a trial like the one MJ had in 2003 and had that kind of money to spare, i'd have considered paying them off.
It was pretty clearly demonstrated that the media had no interest in a fair or accurate portrayal of events. When you're found to have regular pornography in your home, and it's widely reported to be child porn, then i can see why you might have your doubts about your innocence being proven, or if it will even matter.
I think that Michael was messed up, but i don't think he was a paedophile. I suppose the fact that i'm using phrases like 'i don't think he was paedophile' says something though, so who knows.

I was the biggest Michael Jackson fan ever when I was kid. I even went to aintree for the bad tour. However I can only listen to his music up to off the wall now. Everything after that as an adult is just creepy... He needed help but he obviously did it and for that their is no excuse ....

Giving Leaving Neverland another watch and the parents were really naive. If a grown-arse adult acted like a 7 year-old and wanted to come and play with my kids, I don't think I would be OK with that (haven't got kids)

Much like half of the modern Republican party...

It's all just so bizarre. The parents really come across as loving the feeling of being 'special'. Sounds like he was surrounded by enablers (when they're talking about how they started putting the parents in hotel rooms further and further away). SImilarly with Jimmy Savile, there are a lot of people who allowed these things to happen
