I’ve sunk god knows how many hours into them from Spintires way back on the PC, through to Mudrunner and Snowrunner on consoles, there’s little else out there that can make travelling at 3mph so nerve wracking. Out on the 5th of March is Expeditions, early screen shots showing a vehicle and a couple of characters have just leaked- Also a video- I’m going to play the f’in SHIZ out of this.

And then tipping over the rescue rescue lorry and giving up on the whole thing and then crashing the Don71 you took out for a refreshing break.
And the rescue truck for it.

I miss off roading. Did it as a family back in the day then walkers and farmers got a bit upset with us all and that started the closures of routes.
Parkwood "Tong" is probably the closest thing to spintires in real life. That will be my midlife crisis, get a 4x4, kit it out and spend a fortune fixing everything.
This new game, not sure I'll bother with it but then it'll come out and I won't be able to resist it will I...

No. No- you won’t 🤓 The core and the graphics of Spintires was so amazing but, credit to the guy that originally made it, the game and the interface around it was at times wonky as fuck. The idosyncratoc camera alone on that first game was so bad it made me feel queasy panning it around. But ea ch game since then has polished that stuff a bit more and this looks like it might be the most accessible of them yet. Fingers crossed because they’re such beautiful looking and unique games, might induct a few more people .

Yeah the first game was the reason I got a gaming pc at the time because you couldn't get anything like it on console. I've still got this PC, it belongs in a museum.
Before that I think was probably screamer 4x4 but going back to that now... No thanks.
Such unique games.

Quite interested in Expeditions but the linearity of it in the Ben Griffin's video is a bit of a concern, his A Tribe Called Cars is well worth a sub for those who are interested in the games though.
It has reminded me that I've got virtually a whole season pass's worth of Snowrunner content I've yet to play so maybe I should go back to that before buying Expeditions.
