I was on the fence when this was originally announced. An FPS Indiana Jones doesn't sound like my sort of thing. But, I've seen the new trailer, along with some initial reactions from journalists, saying about how it's more stealth orientated, where you are in big hubs, taking pictures, solving puzzles and unlocking hidden areas (which are side quests). Also there was mention gameplay feels a bit Chronicles of Riddick. The guns are sort of a last resort.

Is ‘In Diana Jones’ the porn parody?

It is. I did it because one of your cheeky little mods likes to change titles anyway.

Looks like a good one for VR at first glance.

Really looking forward to this - developer has a great pedigree, the tone seems spot-on and the focus on adventuring is a big plus.

Definitely looking better in the latest trailer, and I'm personally happy that I can play it on the sofa instead of the PC, albeit 5 months later.

Didn’t Phil Spencer go on record to say that this wasn’t on the table for a multi platform release?
I’m 90% sure he opened that damage control podcast with it

He said it wasn't one of the 4 games(Rush, Thieves, Grounded and Pentiment).
Should have just not mentioned it at all.

Probably one of the few games I would buy an Xbox for. Also state of decay 3, so the list is mounting.

It's coming to PC and Ps5. Probably Switch 2 I would bet too.

Reckon Blade will be as well. Those IPs can't be cheap.

PC Gamer also weighed in, less enthusiastically:

I read the Edge preview last month and knew what it was and what it wasn’t. Sounds like it has a lot of hub areas, which are stealth orientated. Then you unlock small areas, which have puzzles in. So, yeah it isn’t Tomb Raider or Uncharted. Sorry PC Gamer.

It’s basically Escape From Butcher Bay which I’m here all day for.

It’s basically Escape From Butcher Bay which I’m here all day for. This. I'm secretly hoping this is the spiritual sequel to Butcher Bay and The Darkness that I hope it is.

Being Escape from Butcher Bay makes me a lot more interested in it than I'd previously been. I was kinda ignoring it on the assumption it'd be a bit rubbish.
Just watched the trailer and it looks like just my kind of thing. Though I wonder how much mainstream appeal it'll have.

Saw Digital Foundry discussing this (think it would have been last week's podcast) and it sounded really great to me. Weirdly, the one that had played didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about it, even though everything he was saying sounded really good. I guess they are a tech show rather than a game review show though. It certainly looked absolutely stunning from the clips they were showing.
Definitely a good thing it isn't just doing Uncharted. That would have been the easy and obvious direction to go in, but making it more of a stealthy puzzler (even with comparisons to Hitman!) is far more interesting and should really be a better fit for the franchise. Yes, they had the big action set pieces, but Indy always felt like a reluctant action hero. He is more comfortable using his brain than his brawn. Non-stop run and gun action, leaping around treacherous environments for 15 hours would have been wrong.
