Just because I was curious, I booted up the Paris mission and took out Dalia with a silenced sniper rifle from the barge and made sure to hide. All of the guards from that area came running over to my location guns out. Same with Sapienza from the Ruins. So it seems to be, if you're taking out someone with a sniper, make sure there's nobody around that can be alerted otherwise the guards are gonna charging. General rule of thumb, take the shot and leg it away from the location.

Completed my first (and only) freelancer campaign.
Too nerve wracking for me, I'll stick to replaying the campaign if I feel that Hitman itch

The VR stuff was outsourced it seems right? It's not IoI employees. The Hitman VR is coming out in Dec so don't have much hope for future support. The trailer does seem like you can bust the game with dual wielding. Two pistols is fine, but there's stuff like blocking bullets with a pan. Seems silly, could be fun on its own right bit nothing quite serious like a Hitman VR experience you would imagine
