That was my understanding as well, but maybe his first trigger is a boss you've already killed? I actually don't really know how it works to be honest. That makes sense too I guess. You know what miyazaki is like. |

Bloody hell, Pthumerian Descendant is a swine. Spam, spam, spam, oh look throw through the pillar, spam, spam, spam. Spam. I'm going to have to work out a decent strategy - suggestions gratefully accepted. I've fought him once before but that was in a much earlier dungeon and was easy as I was way overlevelled for it. I've got a maxed Threaded Cane and maxed Tonitrus, and Blunderbuss and Evelyn both at +8.
I have enough resources to fully level one other weapon from scratch but don't want to pick the wrong one for the remaining three Chalice Dungeon bosses. All other bosses in the game and DLC are down, except for Gehrman, who I'm saving for last - and it seems I already did the ending with Moon Presence first time round years ago.
I am this close to getting to the Queen and completing the Chalice Dungeons. Gah!

I'm still battling away with this too. Keep trying to find the shadows of Yharnham and getting lost in the Forbidden Woods. Bloody place.
Found paarl though, but turned back as had done shitloads up until that point. I need both those 2 twats down, along with rom.
I could do cainhurst though. And nightmare frontier for the next chalice I guess.
It's getting harder soloing now.

I finish work at 19.00 my time, 18.00 in the UK, so any time between 18.30-22 UK time works for me. I just sent a request, assuming you are the Zyrr with a slice of watermelon as your pic :-D A third hunter would be welcome - anyone? I've never summoned friends before so how does one go about it? I'm guessing I share a glyph code and ring the bell or something. Does the level gap matter? |

Yep, suits me! I'll be available after 19:00 UK time. For the chalice summons, we all use the same multiplayer password (we've been using "Fontgeek") then you just ring the summoning bell from inside the dungeon, while the rest of the party use the Short Ritual grave stone to find you. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to connect everybody. Using the password bypasses the level disparity as it balances everyone's stats to the same level range as the summoner. Once the boss dies we get sent back, so once you get down to the next level of the dungeon ring the summoning bell to search again and off we go  And Quaddy (and anyone else who may be reading this!), if you ever need help you only have to shout! Always up for a bit of co-op |
