It is not a badger nor is it wind in the willows. Wind in The Willows does feature a mammal that is in this game however, and indeed, the screen shot. But it's not a badger.

The TMNT connection is because this was also set in the sewers, as well as being adapted from a television show. A very different type of show to TMNT though. VERY different.
