I'd be tempted to bring on Sterling and specifically tell him to stand on Diomande and do what he used to do for City. A red would be inevitable.

I guess it’s always been known that Pep’s approach relies on him having the players he needs to implement it but this is the first time since he came to the league we’ve seen the whole thing breakdown and it’s great.

Not to downplay the possibility of something more serious, but nose scratch aside these don't look overly bad to me to be honest. Sensitive skin can be a hell of a thing and even on a long-bald man the scalp is usually especially so. Heck I've seen marks like these on myself a couple times (in various places) in a moment of unchecked frustration, and they typically go away pretty quickly... Again, not to say that it's not potentially worrying, just that it might happen more easily than you'd think without always indicating something bigger |

Mbappe's penalty was fucking awful, given it was a soft decision in the first place it was probably the right thing to happen.
Getting a bit feisty from Real Madrid now, I wouldn't be surprised if there's not 22 on the pitch at the end.
