I bought the pack and Duke Nukem is predictably rude. Chucky felt a little bit horror to be fair and I liked dead by daylight. The music was good. Everybody seems to like The Thing but I got something from each.

Apparently because they didn't want to compromise the 'mature' titles to release on the Teen rated base game. Which sounds like bollocks. So the M is for Mature? I thought it was Monsters, which didn’t make sense considering the Williams tables on FX. Doh! |

The System Shock table releasing tomorrow for Pinball M will unlock the age appropriate version on Pinball FX and vice versa, so that's a step in the right direction. I don't know who at Zen thought running two seperate versions was a good idea.
Also, if you have Netflix, you can now download Pinball Masters on your phone. 8 tables - Grimm Tales, Pinball Noir, Wrath of the Elder Gods, Curse of the Mummy, Godzilla, Kong, Godzilla vs Kong and Addams Family.

I wouldn't bother. I downloaded it to see what it was like.
I don't seem to be able to find a view zoomed in enough to see what was going on (despite being on a Pixel6 Pro, so not a small phone) and to make matters worse, the stock yellow flippers have been changed to dark red and blend into the playfield making them hard to spot?!?!

That Super League Football is pretty cool. You go through matches in a knockout cup. Work your way to the upper board to score a goal. It's neat and different. I don't quite understand how match time and game over works though. Probably need to RTFM.
Overall though the UI on FX really annoys me. It's not easy to see the tables you own clearly even with the filter; high scores, friends etc. It's a mess. Some of the tables really do go overboard on the effects as well. Can't see what's going on at times.

Same. I also didn’t pull the trigger on the Star Wars packs as I have already got on FX3 but I will before the sale goes and the current spend is forgotten! It’s time to move on from FX3 fully I think.

The only table I own for Pinball FX is CFTBL and that is on PS5 as was hoping for PSVR2 support, but that now seems to have been dropped. I might jump at a few tables on Xbox at those prices, but having to repurchase tables when engines have changed has burned me in the past.

I'll check the FX3 Portal table (cannot remember if I already have it), but I cannot in good conscience re-purchase tables I already own in FX3, no matter whatever new they bring to the, erm, table...

I have just set up a monitor in potrait mode to sit on my desk, with the Switch, so I can start doing some lunchtime gaming instead of working through lunch which I used to do most days. This has meant getting back into pinball.
The South Park tables are fantastic and play brilliantly.
