Looks alright but for some reason it puts me right off playing as an animal. I haven’t read any of the reviews but all the preview videos didn’t excite me any more than others like lords of the fallen etc.

I think the biggest elephant in the room is that all reviews are pc code there is no ps5/xbox code available. Which is...odd. Supposedly runs really well on the Deck though, so the consoles should manage. According to steamdeckhq it runs pretty well if you use cryoutilities to alter your memory allocation, otherwise you're looking at crashes. |

It should be mentioned the Screenrant reviewer was already made anonymous because of harrassment over this review, and there are doxing videos on YT trying to hunt her down anyway. Youtube recommended me one of those on my home screen.

Mostly because she's a "woke activist" and they are ruining gaming so they must be destroyed. Also the score, those guys have a weird obsession with metacritic scores, giving a lower than average score is an illegitimate attack on the game.

I mean it's a really fucking good review. I came away clearly understanding what they liked and didn't like. It was really informative, like I said earlier I haven't read that kind of video game review in a while. Give me more of that and less reviews that muse on the reviewers existentialism and give 1 small paragraph about the game.

I'll admit that I didn't read the review in its entirety - mostly because the game doesn't interest me in the slightest - but the bits I *did* read were eloquent and informative.

You can tell who reads the headlines only and not the article when people are screaming at game sites in the comments like "Just write about the game then and leave politics aside!" when the fact is the guidelines were sent to influencers and streamers, not media. |

I'm still taken aback that it was from Screenrant one of the worst sites going. That reviewer deserves better. Detest Screenrant. There were very specific articles that led me to that conclusion but I can't recall what now. Still won't go near that site though. |
