Add volleys to the the chips and first time finishes being amazing.
Really satisfying when you smash one in.
Does anyone else think the goalies look tiny in goal? It's like Tom Cruise in nets.

Weird, I'm on 6 minute halves and they've all been pretty tight low scoring games. I think it's because I'm a bit shit at defending and playing with Dortmund, who have decent pacey wingers. Getting in round the back for the cut back seems a bit easy still. |

World class are goal fests for me too. Not struggling to score, but they are chopping through me with absolute ease too.
I've been doing squad battles in that FUT thing so it probably explains some of it, my 71 defenders constantly facing off against Mbappe and Ronaldo.

Yeah I'll definitely get on the sliders when I get to career mode.
I'm still on the trial for now, but strongly considering buying. Its a genuine improvement and nice to play for once.

It's the first FIFA I have bought in about 5 years as well as I'm normally a pes player. Not much chance of that ever being a thing again.

Nah PES is gone but this being good has made its passing a lot easier.
Of course now they've finally got a good game together they've lost the rights to half the stuff

They need to sort the fucking menus out though. They are almost as bad as the ones in PES, which is quite the achievement.

Nothing is anywhere near as bad as pes menus. I think they're designed to actually piss you off.
I'd rather be waterboarded then have to click through pes'menus again.

Yeah, that's lovely. What's the ideal context for using the finesse finish, then? Inside the box I'm using it to tuck away nice little finishes, but any time I try to set myself and use it outside the 18 yard box the effort always seems super weak.
Also, do you keep Assisted on for shots/crosses, or have both of them still at semi/manual?

That was finesse. You've got to hold the power down quite a bit and a lot of it seems to depend on the position of the players body and and angle of the shot.
I've kept assist on for shooting, semi for crossing. Tried it off for shooting but they were going everywhere.
