Really tempted to buy this, mostly because my Index is getting a bit long in the tooth. Realistically though, I’d be only for GT7, but that doesn’t work with my G27 wheel. The Brook Ras1ution converters work with the G27. Sadly, for the PS5 I think you'd need the Ras1ution 2, which is a fair pricier than the original. I'm not sure on that though, so it's worth taking a look. I can vouch for this, just bought one and it works a treat. A bit expensive but I can use my sons Xbox Ferrari Spider wheel and pedals. If a new wheel got delivered as well, I’d have no balls left. |

If Elite: Dangerous gets support I’ll buy a PS5 and VR2 for this and GT. Couple of problems with that :
1 - Frontier have abandoned all E:D console support bar maintenance patches
2 - Frontier have abandoned support for E:D VR on PC, most likely because the shit show performance of Odyssey was never going to work in VR so it was never supported.
It's never getting a PS5 version let alone one with PS VR2 support.
Frontier can quite frankly get fucked for all their products after the dropping of support for console E:D and how they basically just gave up on F1 Manager 22 support. They're completely untrustworthy.

GT7 arrived yesterday and I managed to get in one race following some drinking (the little oval Sunday Cup). It was stupendously amazing.

I'm so glad I didn't bite for F1 Manager. In theory it's right up my street and it was only the reports of bugs that stopped me buying on release. As it's a management game, bugs that make unrealistic things happen in races pretty much ruin it. I guess following the codemasters example of 'we'll fix it in the next one' which is just piss poor. |

Had a play on Pistol Whip yesterday. That's bloody brilliant. Super impressed with the controllers too, the tracking is mightily impressive.

The levels I played were on the rails. It's a pretty good work out too, lots of bending, crouching, lunging etc.

On rails is good, although not such a fan of the games where you have to stand and move lots. Will get to it though.

Yeah on rails. Kind of a cross between Guitar Hero and Virtua Cop. Feels very cool when you nail a level.

Pistol whip is one of the best vr games for me. Not as good as beat saber though which is kind of a similar experience.
