Came back to this last night after a month away and ended up at Logarius. He's a bit tough. Got him down to about 25% one go but think that was more luck than judgement as he wasn't doing any jumping around or throwing hundreds of spears. Need to go farm blood vials now... He's completely optional so you could just carry on with the critical path and come back rather than farming. I spend any additional blood echos (once I'm at rec level) on vials and end up with 600 easy, same with bullets |

Nah, he's already dead. Video games are massively unfair to the enemies. They only get one life, you can respawn/reload as many times as necessary until they're dead. It's quite sad

Not sure I'd even be that interested in a remake. As Danno said, the game still looks fine. The original is even playable on the PS5

I'm hoping it would be a joint venture. BP's undeniable technical chops and From's design. Might finally get a non-janky Soulsbourne title.

Decided to go for the platinum as I was missing only 3 trophies, "Hunter's Essence", "Yharnam Queen" and finally "Bloodborne". Unfortunately, it does run badly on PS5, probably because it never received an PS5 enhancement or a PS4pro patch, however this is still From's finest game IMHO. I do have a soft spot for the original Dark Souls, as that was my introduction to these games, but BB is perfection  Dread to think how many hours I'll pour into it until I reach and beat the Queen though, if my failed attempts at the Ailing's Abhorrent Beast are anything to go by... |

Bloodborne ranks as one of my greatest games ever and it really pains me that it's ignored with any QoL updates like a pro/ps5 patch. Sony punted money up for it I believe and with how most of From Software fans rate it as the best game they've done, you would think they would try and make people want to play it again on the shiny new ps5.
I'm sure behind closed doors there's a remaster of sorts being done but just let us know about it eh? I really REALLY want to play through it again. But I can't stomach the frame pacing and 30 cap on my ps5. I originally completed it on PS4 before I got the dlc and starting that in Ng+ was a tad difficult so I never got the chance to play through it all which I really want to.

I've heard that rumour but it's a very thin one especially the sequel part. They've proven they can do a good job with remakes and demon's souls is superb. But a sequel is a different kettle of fish all together. I'd love a good sequel to Bloodborne but can't think how one can be done, especially when it's not by the original creators.

I'll take a couple of shots more and if I fail (which I probably will) I may take you up on this offer next weekend (or whenever convenient for you) I found him quite easy if I lurked mid-distance right in front of him, just on/out of range of his forward thrusting attacks. He would charge forward, step back if necessary then punish briefly before retreating to the mid distance again. Always stay directly in front and you will bait out a quite predictable move set. Just don't get greedy when up close. |

He actually reminds me of midir in ds3 alot. Stay up front, near the head and bait the same forward lunge attack.
