The problem with the alternate universe skins isn't that they're alternate universe, it's that they look shit. Design some cool stuff and it won't matter. They aren't going to add Kanye, Gollum and an animated vegetable so I wouldn't worry about it going Fortnite. yet... just wait for season 4 or 5  |

How much are you looking for it? I was thinking £50 plus delivery (unless you're Manchester-ish and can pick it up). It's in excellent condition, I barely had it out the box in ten years. Some people on eBay charging £100 which seems a bit steep. It does not, however, include the game, but it's still got the box and everything.   Works for me - is there private messaging on this shiny new forum? |

For those that tested it how does it play compared to halo 5? Just tried the multiplayer on that and quite enjoying it.

Just had my notification re: Tech preview 2 for this coming weekend.
Enjoyed the first, even if it highlighted I'm getting older and slower.
The bots were quite enjoyable, if sometimes a little too good, especially when appearing in a pack. Needed some team work to really get on top of them.
Graphically a little mixed, with the marketplace and the refinery/base (don't remember their names) being the better lit and laid out.
Hope to see a new level or two and I think maybe a bigger game mode (btb?).

Haven't had a second email yet either. People on Reddit are saying it's showing up in the insider hub for them, but not a sausage for me.
Will have to check my PC in case I selected that as a platform instead back in the mists of time.

I didn't realise it would be session based. I get that the play times are US due to 343 being US based, but it means that it's pretty difficult to play in any of them.

Yeah, there's effectively only one four hour window for UK/EU players unless you're a night owl, and 18:00 - 22:00 means I probably won't get to play it today.
Got my Steam code eventually so will jump in tomorrow evening when I've got the house to myself I reckon.

I downloaded it last night, I might fire it up at lunch and look at the menu. As they're apparently testing the training mode, does anyone know if that's session-based/time-limited too?
Like others on here, 6-10 is a really awkward time for me to be playing.
