Love this game, even though I can't play much atm as I sofa surf waiting for solicitors to pull their fingers out of each other's arses and sort my new flat out.
I had set up a Eurogamer club/clan but in the spirit of blowing raspberries in that site's general direction I've quit and set up a Font Geek one should anyone who plays wish to join. Clubs don't really mean or do much (that could change I suppose) but once I'm able to it would be nice to play some games with non-douche bags.
At the very least this game needs a thread.

Did you set up a clan Lamb?
I've not played Apex since Season 7 I think, but clocked over 600 hours and loved it for a long, long time. I could be tempted back if playing with others (I only really ever played with randoms and that got old...). Was a Bloodhound main, be intrigued to see how they stack up these days.

You guys still playing? victories seem hard to come by at the moment, maybe end of season blues. I need to let of steam over heirlooms! Just hit 110 on this battlepass as I have on every single battlepass bar maybe 2 early seasons), also purchased 25-30 Apex packs and completed most collector events and still no heirloom shards! Just updated my calculator at mike.zarandona.com/coded/apex-packs-calc/ and might just be 20 or so packs away....... not that I'd know which one to unlock when it happens! |

I'm still playing. Trying to get to diamond this split in ranked so not as many wins as you'd get in pubs but hey ho. Need to try and team up with Mr Lamb seeing as I've been seeing him back online more.
I have the annoying next gen bug of not being able to talk to randoms in game and thought this might not work with crossplay as well but recently found out if you are in a lobby it still works at least so if anyone wants to team up that'd be cool!

Absolutely. I'm managing to get back in the groove but feel a bit rusty I had a good 4+ months without my fix. Also I'm not great but that makes the kills and occasional wins even more exhilarating. New season in a week (or two) so will probably play quite a bit more. The latest characters aren't quite as good as the first batches though... Mad Maggie does nothing for me. The new guy Newcastle.. I like caustic so I might like another defensive guy if he's suitably distinct. And useful. |

I only played Season 1 and 2 so haven't played in a LONG time.
Be fun to play with some EG folks. I'll have to familiarise myself with the gameplay again but if you can handle playing with a noob I'm up for joining.

There is a little club... Do tell. I've bought the season pass so am invested for season 13. I played consistently between launch and S6 so am not a noob, just need to get used to the new maps and the current meta. Still rocking Bloodhound as main, and glad they're still S Tier. |

I don't play as much as I'd like (and lately have been shockingly bad at it) but it's still one of my favourites. I just don't play that many games, it comes and goes in phases.
The club is very casual. Never feel an obligation to play, or chat, or whatever. I had my first sesh with Revenge on Saturday night which was great fun (you're very good Revenge!) I hope to be 'better' next time. And sober...

Just to note for any PS players playing with Xbox users, you might need to turn your in game volumes down so you can stand a chance of hearing us as we come through on the low side apparently

I feel like I'm starting to get my eye in again after playing most nights for the past two weeks. I even won a game yesterday with two randoms  Would love to play with teammates that communicate (even if only using pings) and don't just charge about recklessly. That was always my isssue with ranked, if you don't get out of bronze quick enough you're always left playing with the dregs and it's much harder to rank up that way. |

The mobile version is... surprisingly fun. There are some annoying control issues (even with a controller hooked up) but it's a pretty serviceable version of the game for bite sized sessions.

Doesnt help I know but hopefully theres a fix for it (and one for loba's bracelet too...).
