It's so funny how we always do that, the first thing I did when I got my recent laptop was play Company of Heroes OG of all things. TBF it looks quality and is a fucking great game.

In my case, I downloaded The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Gujian 3 and Death Stranding. All ran beautifully.
Spend most of my time playing Dreamcast and PS2 emulators, and low resource titles like Doom (original) and Blazing Chrome.

I’ve not tried the overdrive update, and imagine that’d be a bit much for my laptop, even at 1440p with DLSS2.
But even the old ray-tracing features are miles ahead of the RT mode on consoles. It looks like a completely different generation of hardware. I can justify the drop from 60fps on PC, where I can’t say the same for the PS5 version.

Yeah, so Overdrive mode is kinda ridiculous and I can't believe this is streaming it looks and plays like a local game. It's seriously voodoo.

Just a side note. My older sister has a gaming alienware with 1650. Something like that www.dell.com/ae/business/p/alienware-17/pdShe does not game whatsoever. Our parents bought it for her for birthday couple years ago when her old one was dieing. She is a doctor so sometimes needs to take with her to work, to patients. Complains it's heavy! |
