Used this starter word a few times and first time it's done much heavy lifting - getting the H whilst simultaneously ruling out starting with S and 3rd letter A.

This was the first time I ever looked at Wordle, and I gave up because it didn’t occur to me that you could use a letter more than once. I had A-E-D and just couldn’t think of a real word that fit there.

I’ve given up using a different word everyday. Just use rhyme now and have been getting mostly 3s and 4s.
I usually follow up with either paint or pants. I’ve then covered most of the common consonants and some vowels.
I realised nobody asked, but I’m bored waiting for the kids to go to sleep.
