I tried the demo of the crew, on a pad, not for me Clive.
I have horizon and grid legends for my arcade racing thrills. I was similarly surprised by how much I enjoyed legends, up to a point

FYI for everyone theres another club on WRC of a similar standard that I’m enjoying - AMATERSKA Rally
No assists/no tuning so it’s a level playing field if, like me, you haven’t got a clue what wheel balancing does

Are you set up to make events in the main group decks? Your welcome to make those if you want. Not really arsed mate, been enjoying the previous ones (except those hateful rear wheel drive cars). Just set the second group up so there was something else to play while the other one ran out. The 208 is good fun in that one I've setup. Think I might have been a bit stingy with the service areas though. Can see my car being held together with string by the end of it. |

Fucking hell that first event is brutal, don't think I blinked for the full 4 minutes. Good fun though, definitely feels like they've done something to make the asphalt handling less shit.

Yeah I was expecting a few terminals. It's so fucking fast and catching the side does a shit load of damage with the hardcore damage on. Feel like I'm on the edge all the time.
Looking forward to Finland in the snow in the WRC's for the last event.

The hardcore damage is pretty brutal eh. Hit a signpost and it completely fucked my car for the last 3 stages. Had fuck all power or grip.

Defo brutal. I’ve really fell foul of it a couple of times and fucked over a fair bit of effort in previous stages, but I still kinda like it as it adds a bit of chaos. And driving a bit like grandad becomes a legitimate tactic in order to still have a working car on stage 8.

They've definitely did something with the tarmac handling, it's much better now. I hadn't really tried the new central european rally bit it's fantastic. By far the best tarmac track.
The games got it's problems but this was so much fucking fun on the wheel.

I thought I was doing quite well this week for once, penultimate stage I clipped on of those uber poles that can stop 1000kgs at full speed and when i started the 30k stage the engine was stuttering and periodically stopping and restarting throughout.
Still love the damage, I’ll actually finish a rally without significant amounts of it at some point too.
